Hello! I’m  Lynn Wang, founder and lead teacher at Starlight Home Childcare. I have a strong background in early childhood education, beginning in China, where I graduated in Child Psychology and worked professionally in early education, gaining valuable experience in nurturing young minds. Since moving to the United States, I have accumulated over 9 years of experience working in licensed, highly regarded Montessori and early learning schools, receiving extensive Montessori training. I am passionate about creating a warm, safe, and inspiring environment where every child can explore, play, and develop independence, curiosity, and confidence.

My teaching approach combines professional expertise, hands-on Montessori methods, and a deep understanding of each child’s unique personality and needs. I take pride in building strong relationships with both children and families, ensuring that every child feels safe, happy, and excited to learn every day.
